Access

What Caletus can see in your Outlook Calendar

Your Outlook connection and sign-in tokens are encrypted. Caletus connects through the Microsoft Graph REST API over TLS 1.3, and stores access tokens encrypted at rest with AES-256.
Permissions requested
  • Calendars.ReadWrite (create meetings and update meeting invites)
  • Calendars.Read (see busy and free times on the calendars you pick for conflict checks)
If you disconnect: Caletus ends its Microsoft Graph webhook subscription. Meetings already in Outlook stay put, but new bookings won't sync.
Good to know

Outlook Calendar limits and quick fixes.

  • Older on-premises Exchange Server (before 2016) without hybrid Modern Authentication isn't supported.
  • Companies with strict Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) settings may need their Microsoft 365 admin to approve Caletus.
Fixing common Outlook Calendar problems
  • If your organization restricts third-party apps, ask your Microsoft 365 tenant admin to approve the Caletus enterprise application in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
