Why group scheduling matters.
Running a workshop or onboarding session means tracking sign-ups and seats by hand. It's slow, and it's easy to get wrong.
Caletus lets you put a seat limit on a group event. Guests book their own seat in the same time slot until the seats are gone.
How group scheduling works.
- 1
Set the seat limit
Choose how many people can book each session, like 25 seats for a workshop. - 2
Share or embed the event
Share the booking link, or add it to your website. - 3
It closes when it's full
Once every seat is taken, Caletus stops taking bookings for that session.
Before you start
- Caletus Professional or Enterprise plan.
- If you use Zoom, Google Meet or Webex, an account with room for your group.

Yes. Every guest who books the same session gets the same meeting link in their confirmation email and calendar invite. With Caletus video, guests join from the browser without an account. With Zoom, Google Meet or Webex, make sure your plan with that app has room for the group.
Caletus video rooms hold 50 people by default, and hosts can raise that to 200. In Zoom, Google Meet or Webex, the limit comes from your plan with that app. Set your seat limit to match what your video app allows.
