Quick fixes
Quick fixes for common scheduling problems.
Pick what you're seeing. Most of these take under a minute to fix.
- What you see
- Someone booked a time that clashes with an event on one of your other calendars.
- Why it happens
- The event is marked 'Free' instead of 'Busy', or it's on a calendar account you haven't connected to Caletus.
Fix itSet the event to 'Busy', or connect that account on the Integrations page. For iCloud, open Apple Calendar there and tick the calendar under 'Check these calendars for conflicts'.
- Google Calendar
- Outlook 365
- iCloud
- What you see
- New bookings aren't showing up in the calendar on your phone or computer.
- Why it happens
- Google or Microsoft signed Caletus out, usually after a password change or a security reset by your IT team.
Fix itOn the Integrations page, disconnect that calendar and connect it again.

- What you see
- A guest got a confirmation for 2:00 PM when you meant 11:00 AM.
- Why it happens
- The time zone on your weekly hours doesn't match where you are, or the guest picked a different time zone on the booking page.
Fix itOpen Availability and check the time zone on your weekly hours. Guests see times in their own time zone, which they can change on the booking page.
- All calendars
- What you see
- The calendar event was created, but the Zoom or Google Meet link is missing.
- Why it happens
- The video app was disconnected, so Caletus couldn't create the meeting.
Fix itOn the Integrations page, check that the video app still shows Connected. If the event's meeting place says 'Reconnect in Integrations', connect it again, then book a test meeting.
