See seven features on a real booking.
What booking pages, calendar sync, round robin, payments, reminders, AI notes and the website embed look like on a real booking.
A booking link for every meeting
Share one link. People see only your free times, pick one and get an invite with the video link.
No more double booking
Two-way sync checks Google, Outlook and iCloud calendars before anyone can book you.
Meetings shared fairly
Round robin gives each new booking to the next teammate in line, so nobody gets swamped.
Get paid when they book
Clients pay by card through Stripe when they book, and Caletus takes no fee.
Nobody misses the details
Guests get a confirmation with the link and a calendar invite. You get an alert 15 minutes before.
Notes that write themselves
Turn on the AI notetaker in a Caletus video call and get a summary, decisions and action items afterwards.
Booking on your own site
Put your booking calendar on your website as an inline calendar or a pop-up.

Questions about Caletus features.
Plans, limits and the tools Caletus works with.
Talk it through with our teamRound robin scheduling gives each meeting to one person on your team, so bookings are shared out. Collective scheduling is for meetings several people must attend, so Caletus only offers times when every required host is free. Use round robin for sales demos and support calls, and collective for panel interviews. Both are on Enterprise.
The Free plan is for one person and includes one event type with its booking page, calendar sync, availability rules, booking emails, meeting management, Caletus video links, contacts and the website embed. Use the plan filter in the feature map above to check any feature, or compare every plan on the Pricing page.
Each person can connect one Google account, one Outlook (Microsoft 365) account and one iCloud account, on any plan, so work and personal events both block your time. On Professional and Enterprise you also choose which calendars inside each account count as busy. You'll find every plan limit on the Pricing page.
