Does Caletus have a free trial?

How much does Caletus cost?

Professional costs $6 per user a month billed yearly, or $8 month to month. Enterprise costs $12 per user a month billed yearly, or $16 month to month. Yearly billing saves 25%. Inviting teammates, round robin and team analytics are on Enterprise.

Does Caletus charge a fee on client payments?

No. Caletus takes a 0% fee on payments through your booking pages on Professional and Enterprise. Clients pay through Stripe, and you only pay Stripe's standard processing fee, for example 2.9% + 30¢ per charge. On a $100 booking paid by card through Stripe, you keep $96.80.

Is there a discount for nonprofits or schools?

Yes. Verified 501(c)(3) nonprofits and accredited schools get an extra 25% off yearly Professional plans. If only one person needs a booking link, such as a single tutor or advisor, the Free plan costs nothing at all. To ask about the discount, reach the Caletus sales team through the Contact page.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. A workspace Owner can cancel or change plans in the app under Admin Center, then Billing & Plans. There are no exit fees, and you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've already paid for. Then the workspace moves to the Free plan.
