Yes. Caletus has a Free plan for one person, with no time limit and no credit card. It includes one booking link, Google, Outlook and iCloud calendar sync, automatic time zone detection, Caletus video links and confirmation emails. When you need more, Professional costs $6 per user a month billed yearly, or $8 month to month.
A booking link opens a page that shows only the times you're free, based on your connected calendars. You share it in an email, on your website or in your signature. The other person picks a time, and Caletus adds the meeting to both calendars with a video link and reminders. No back-and-forth emails.
Yes. Caletus has two-way sync with Google Calendar and Outlook (Microsoft 365), so new bookings appear on your calendar and busy times never show as open on your booking page. The Professional plan checks up to six calendars per person for conflicts. Caletus also adds Zoom, Google Meet, Whereby or Webex links automatically.
Yes. With Caletus, one team booking link can share meetings by round robin, so each person gets a fair number of bookings. Or it can show only times when everyone who needs to attend is free, which suits panel interviews and joint client calls. Both are included in the Professional and Enterprise plans.
Yes. Caletus takes payments through Stripe at the moment someone books, so clients pay before the meeting, not after. Caletus adds no platform fee (0%), and Stripe's usual processing fees still apply. Paid bookings are part of the Professional and Enterprise plans.
