What Caletus can access in Stripe

Caletus never handles or stores card numbers. Card details go straight to Stripe Elements, which turns them into secure tokens. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

If you disconnect: Paid meeting types turn into unconfirmed drafts until you reconnect Stripe or remove the price.

Talk it through with our team

  • No. Caletus charges 0% commission on bookings. 100% of your booking revenue, minus Stripe's standard card processing fees, goes straight into your bank account on Stripe's usual 2-day rolling payouts. Stripe payments are included on the Professional and Enterprise plans.

  • The booking isn't confirmed. If a client's payment fails or is declined, Caletus doesn't add the meeting to your calendar, and the time stays open for other clients. The client sees Stripe's reason for the decline, such as an expired card, so they can try again.

  • Yes. You can ask for full payment up front, or place a card authorization hold to guarantee a deposit. Pick whichever fits how you run your consultations. You set the price, currency and refund or cancellation policy for each meeting type in Caletus.
