Why one-on-one scheduling matters.
Booking a one-on-one call takes a string of emails. You go back and forth on times and time zones, and you can still end up double-booked.
Caletus gives you a booking link that checks the Google, Outlook and iCloud calendars you connect. Guests only see times you're free, with the buffer you set around each meeting.
How one-on-one scheduling works.
- 1
Set your meeting rules
Choose the meeting length, how many meetings you'll take a day and how much notice you need. - 2
Share your link or embed it
Send your booking link, or add it to your website as an inline calendar or a pop-up. - 3
Booked and confirmed
When a guest picks a time, Caletus emails a confirmation, sends the calendar invite and adds the meeting link.
Before you start
- A Google, Outlook or Apple (iCloud) calendar to connect.
What you can do with one-on-one scheduling.
Your own booking link

Work and personal events both block your time. Guests see open times, never what's on your calendar.Times in their time zone
Your booking page shows open times in each guest's own time zone, so nobody works out the difference.Single-use links
Send a link that works for one booking only, with an optional one-off meeting length.

Your booking page shows open times in the guest's own time zone automatically. Guests can switch to a different time zone if they need to, and the calendar invite shows the same meeting time for both of you. Nobody has to work out the time difference by hand.
Not from their emails. In Caletus, the host reschedules or cancels the meeting and adds a short reason. The guest then gets an email with the new time or the reason, and the calendar invite updates for both of you, so nobody has to send a new invite.
