Access

What Caletus can access in Caletus for Chrome

The extension stores only your workspace address and uses your existing Caletus sign-in. It never reads or sends your email or messages, and it only types into the box you're writing in, when you click it.
Permissions requested
  • Storage: remembers your workspace address
  • Your Caletus workspace (*.caletus.com): loads your event types, open times and one-time links
  • Gmail, Outlook on the web, LinkedIn and Google Calendar: shows the Caletus button in the composer
If you disconnect: Removing the extension removes the buttons. Nothing changes in your Caletus account, and links you've already shared keep working. You can also switch it off for one site from the toolbar icon.
Good to know

Caletus for Chrome limits and quick fixes.

  • It only fills in the box you're writing in. You review the text and press Send yourself.
  • If a site changes its layout, the button may show as a small floating Caletus button instead of sitting in the toolbar.
Fixing common Caletus for Chrome problems
  • Open your Caletus workspace in the same browser and sign in, then try again. The extension uses that sign-in.
