The settings

Length: 60 minutes
Buffers: 15 min before to prepare, 15 min after for action items
Minimum notice: 48 hours in advance
Daily limit: Up to 2 executive QBRs a day
Notifications: The client gets a confirmation email and calendar invite. Your hosts get an in-app alert 15 minutes before
Video: Caletus video, so the host can turn on the AI notetaker when joining

Have these ready

Your CS lead and solutions architect in the workspace, with their calendars connected

Create the QBR event
Create a 60-minute Collective event, add both hosts and paste in the booking questions above.

Turn on AI notes
Set the meeting place to Video Meeting. When you join, choose 'Enable and join' to get a summary, action items and a follow-up draft.

Invite the client
Send the booking link to the client's leadership team.
