Google Calendar vs Caletus pricing, and our verdict.
- Seat minimums
- None for either. A personal Google account gets one free booking page.
- Add-ons to budget for
- Co-hosts and secondary calendars need Business Standard or higher. Business Starter ($7 a month billed yearly) still gets only one booking page.
- The bottom line
- If your team already pays for Business Standard, Google's booking pages cost nothing extra, and you also get Gmail, Drive and Meet. If you only need scheduling, compare Caletus Professional ($6 per person a month, billed yearly) with the cost of moving up to Business Standard ($14).
If you need one booking page, meet on Google Meet and already pay for Google Workspace, appointment schedules are free, built in and good enough. Paid Google plans also send email reminders, which Caletus doesn't. There's nothing new to sign up for.
