Common questions about using On-site meeting with Caletus.
Talk it through with our teamYes. Pick On-site as the meeting place on an event and enter the address. Caletus shows that location on your booking page, so people know where to meet before they pick a time, and saves it with every booking. There's nothing to connect.
No. On-site is one of Caletus's built-in meeting places and is on by default. You can switch it off or back on from the Built-in Places tab on the Integrations page. Turning it off only removes it as a choice for events.
Not with On-site. On-site uses the one location you set on the event. If you want each invitee to type where to meet, choose Ask invitee as the meeting place instead, and their answer, up to 500 characters, is saved with the booking.
